Poster.fo accepts online payments with the following credit cards Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Mastercard Debit. Payment will be deducted from your account, when the order is placed and the physical item will be printed within 24hours (workdays).
All prices on the website include VAT, if the artist is registrated. The Faroe Islands are not a part of the EU, be aware of paying Vat & Tax in your own country.
Poster.fo uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, meaning your data is secure and cannot be read by other third parties.
Poster.fo's own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.

Delivery and Shipment:
The delivery time for your order is 1-3 workdays. Poster.fo uses Posta - for shipment of your ordered items. Freight cost is standard 39,- for Faroe Islands, and 75,- for the rest of the World.
You can choose to have your shipment sent with Posta to your home address or pick it up on our adress in Tórshavn
If you regret your purchase:
Our products are all printed on demand which means they are custom made especially for you. As a result we do not technically offer returns.
However, accidents do happen and your satisfaction is our top priority. So if we make a mistake we are more than happy to reprint and reship the order at our expense.
We will reprint and reship if one of the following situations has occurred:
- If we accidentally printed the wrong poster, color or size.
- If the product is damaged during delivery.
- If there is a defect that occurred during the printing process. For example, gaps in the ink, etc.
Any return costs you incur yourself.
The request for return must be notified to us no later than 2 days after the delivery, and be with us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation.
If you wish to make use of your right of returning the purchase, you must send us an e-mail om firstname.lastname@example.org.
You are responsible for the condition of the product, and may handle it like you purchased it in a store.

Warranty complaints will not be accepted if they are sent by cash-on-delivery system.
We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others. They are only registered in our customer directory. You can delete your information at any time.
In order for you to enter into an agreement with Poster.fo, we need the following information:

We make the registration of your personal information for the purpose of delivering the goods to you.
The personal information is registered with Poster.fo, and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.
When collecting personal information via our website, we ensure that it always happens by submitting your explicit consent, so that you are informed exactly what information is being collected and why.
